numbness/tingling before and during a panic attack

hi everyone i was woundering if anyone else gets this tingling in there hands, arms and face?:scared15: i get this all the time. i will just be sitting there and i will get tingling in those areas. please help...:unsure:

Its adrenaline that causes it and panic etc

hi rose i get this all the time i just try to ignore it now till it passess.Its when you get a sudden rush of adrenaline,usually accompanied by anxiety

hi rose i get definate tingling in my arms and my fingers i use to really panic about it but have been getting them so much i went to the doctors convinced i had something terribly wrong with me but he says its anxiety and since accepting that i dont worry so much about them. xx

thanks so much Nicola. that helped alot. yesterday i went to the symptoms page and read almost the whole thing and noticed i got a little more than half of those symptoms. :hugs:
