Hi There,

My name is Mark, 32 from near Aberdeen.

I have recently had a recurrance of panic attacks following an absence of 3 years. I had another yesterday and I just wanted to say thanks to all concerned for the information I gained from this site. It was a great help to me and made dealing with it far better than I had previously been able to.

So, thanks! It helps knowing that I'm not the only one who feels this way and that it can be managed.
