Hi all,
I've not been on this for a couple of weeks, but I wanted to tell you all that when anxiety suddenly springs on you it DOES NOT mean you will have it for life.
I started getting anxiety/panic attacks about 3 months ago and I thought I was stuck, but I had so much support from friends and family also my doctor and it has helped. I also have been put on Paroxetine, I was scared to take it at first as I read all the bad stories about that drug. Don't always believe what you read, I have had no problems. The first week, I did become worse I'm not going to lie but once that pasted I can do all the stuff I used to. I feel like I have a grip on myself again.
So to all who have kind of lost hope, don't worry it will get better all is not lost.
Love to all
Laura
