Hello

I'm hoping to make new friends with fellow anxiety sufferers.

I lost my mother to cancer when I was 7 and I believe this triggered my anixety and social phobia which I became aware of at the age of 11/12, I'm now 19.

Don't know what more to say really lol.

Welcome to NMP. Close family deaths often trigger fears in children. I'm sorry for your situation, you are not alone by any means. You will find a lot of help & support here, we are a great bunch of people:) :hugs:

We are nearly all anxiety sufferers & know exactly what you are going through.

welcome to NMP - there are lots of great people here who help you a lot. Having an awful day myself but posted on this site and someones already responded with advice!!!!!! It makes you feel like people really understand what you are going through and care a lot. You look after yourself and you will recover
