Can't cope feeling like this - advice please

hey, for about the past month or so i have been feeling really strange.

My symptoms include.

sinus pains
dizziness
headaches/migraine
light headedness
feeling off balance
pressure in head

also...in the past month i have two nights where i have been imagining bad things like outside my room and i keep waking up sluddenly and can't relax in bed.

i am moving to my uni house on sunday so i'm really nervous and anxious about that and now i am convinced i have a brain tumour or aneurysm? i mean ive been getting these symtoms a while so it has to be serious and i keep thinking i am not wake up one morning and i dont know what to do. any advice? could it be serious?

hi Louise sounds like panic,and worry about going uni.sometimes my panic feels so bad i cant believe its not something more serious x

I have or have had all of those symptoms :(

Must be HA but i know it's alot harder to convince your self than someone else, but that's anxiety for you :(
