Going insane?

Ugh I feel really detatched and I dunno how to explain it.

I keep thinking about really deep philosophical things like "do i really exist" and its driving me insane :(

I wanna feel like the old me and I just feel so surreal at the moment. I'm scared I won't get over this :(

detachment is a typical sign of anxiety and depression, dont worry too much the symptoms will soon subside and try and find something to occupy yourself
