gagging feeling

im emetophobic and when i feel panicy and worrying i get this weird feeling in my throat like i want to gag or somthing
like somthings playing with my gagging reflex
does any one get this?

i am constantly gagging atm if i see any form of food thats it i start gagging and heaving
