im 42 and suffer from health anxiety and social anxiety

I am also 42 and live with my husband and 3 year old daughter. I dont really know what my anxiety is, probably social and I also suffer with panic attacks.
At the moment I am on citalopram which does seem to help. I would be more than happy to talk to you, hopefully I should understand how you feel.
