Hi, my names Carl and am from the United Kingdom.
I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. I also suffer from the health phobia (hypochondriac) and social anxiety. I've saw this forum many times and decided to join up, as it helped me quite a lot. Due to high levels of anxiety I experience insomnia from time to time. Fear of dying during my sleep. Sometimes I feel lonely, but when I look at this forum, it comforts me knowing I'm not alone.
