Choking , Tightness In Throat and Coughing At Night.

Every evening my throat starts to feel as though it is closing up. I get conjested and seem like its hard to breathe.

Tonight my wife took a shower and my ears started closing up and I started coughing and feeling like I couldn't breathe. The more I coughed the more my throat muscles hurt.

I felt then like I was choking and tried and tried to clear my throat. I finally have gotten it almost.

My wife said I have had this before but I don't remember it being this bad.

I got scared that I wouldn't be able to breathe and then started feeling really tired. Does anyone else feel like this every night? Is it anxiety or there is really something wrong.

Please if you get this please post me..Im really worried that there is something wrong.

the only thing i can think of, to relate to you is either when i hyperventilate or when i was a teenager and if a nice boy tried to talk to me my throat would close up.
aw that does sound scary, I hope it wont happen again
