Can anyone advise me here please?
I have found that something happens in the first few hours of waking in the morning that changes the way I feel. I got up this morning to try and work it out. I went through my normal routine, got up and had a shower, made some breakfast etc and I felt ok. Then I decided to have my first fag of the day. This sent me in to a bit of an anxiety state. Sweaty palms lightheaded etc. ( am I lacking common sense here? lack of oxygen to the brain). Surely it cant be something as simple as this that is affecting me. I used to have a fag as soon as I woke up before with no problems whatsoever even before having a shower and breakfast. Guess I better start thinking of quitting.
