heart disease?plz help

M arms are very ache esp the left,and last night my finger twitched for no reason,i know this sounds silly,is it a serious thing?,is it related to my heart. x

I've had this for years man ._. lol

I know it feels pretty harsh, but it hasn't hurt me in about 4 years heh :)

I am now trying to look into things I might be able to take to dampen anxiety or adrenaline or whatever, to make things easier on my heart and body in general :)

If you are worried, maybe you can do that too :)

Sounds like anxiey symptoms and not a heart condition to me. A month or so ago I had twitching eyelids, forefinger and thumb that lasted about three weeks.
It's gone now but I'm sure I'll get yet an other magical symptom soon..... it's like a little lucky dip, this condition!!
Seriously though, don't panic, I don't think it's serious.

Thanks some of the symptoms are horrible,if only i cud stop thinking all my anxiety problems would go away x
