Whats Your Heart Rate?

Mine is 78 BPM.

Normally is around the 80 mark, is that ok?

68 at the moment, usually around 70-80 but has been up to 120 when anxious!
I'm 30 and my ideal heart rate is 62-65 but it varies on age and gender.

My heart rate is 120 seems to be in the 100s all the time

Mine is 74 at the moment, which is around normal. My resting heat rate, first thing in the morning is around 68, but during the day, if i'm not doing exercises, tends to vary from the mid 70's to the high 80's.

probably around 75 -80 although i try not to take it that often because there was a time that i felt my pulse all the time, and it became a bit obsessive,.

normally 77 to 87 during daytime and at night 72 to 84 and I have woken up to over 90 in the morning

I'm always in the 100's - its been as high as 180 when I was very bad (about 5 years ago) I am more relaxed now tho and tend to hover around the 100 - 115 mark. Still too high, but a hugh improvment!

well im 27 female and mine is always between 80-100 im over weight though, once it hits over 100 i can feel it then i panic and make it worse lol
