My name is Jan and I just wanted to say hello :) as I'm new here. I live with my hubby and our son. I'm 56 this year and have lived with anxiety for as long as I can remember. I've coped really well with the help of meds but now a new GP is going to stop them :ohmy: I hope to post in the appropriate part of the forum about it if that's OK.

Hi Meena and thank you :-) The trouble is I have been prescribed them since 1970 so it's not going to be easy. But thank you for your good wishes.

Hi Tetley and thank you too for the warm welcome. I feel so much better already after receiving caring support and advice about my problem. I had lost hope but feel it coming back now :)
