Effort to lift my arms ?

Does anyone ever experience this, woken up today and its a real effort to lift my arms they feel so heavy, starting to worry its a sign of something serious ?

aww I'm sure it's nothing, it's probably one of those things that's only there because you're really thinking about it :)

I mean, your body will always feel stiff and sleepy and things in the morning in particular! Do you feel generally fatigued or bad in other ways?
