View Full Version : Nervous feeling and twitching

Hello,

I'm new here but very glad to have found it. Its nice to know there are other people who feel like me!. I had bad problems with health anxiety a few years ago but have been fine since I started teaching. I've started having muscle twithcing all over my body (it gets worse the more i think about it) and i feel nervous and on edge all day! I realise that it make be the worrying thats making it worse but can understand why it started in the first place when i've been feeling fine. I've been off for the summer and I think my mind has had time to wander and worry more than usual but I didn't have any worrying symtoms until the twitching started. I'm back to work on wednesday and really want to feel fine but I can relax and feel uneasy and agitated. Anyone have any words of wisdom?

Trust me Twitching is a very common symptom of anxiety

I had it not so long ago all over my body 24/7 (still have it slightly)

Started taking multi vitamins so maybe they helped with my twitches.

I've just started taking multi vitamins so hopefully it will help. Have you evet tried Kalms or Quiet life?

Yes i tried Kalms, went though 3 pots in 2 moths of the kalms pills LOL there is 100 in each.

Also i think they helped alot with my breathing, becasue when i first started taking them, it was my breathing that i had issues with and was my first symptom, after about 2 weeks of taking them my breathing improved loads :) n my HA found something new to make me worry, which was twitching muscles 24/7 :( and kalms never took that symptom away. Just recently i stopped taking kalms and ever since then, my breathing has been acting up again :(
