First weeks of ADs

How did the first couple of week go on ADs, I'm sure this will help others as well as me.
Did you start to feel better straight away, Have big ups n downs till the med kicked in or feel worse most of the first weeks.

First few weeks were hell. Still having really awful days 7 months later!!!! Don't think meds are helping - considering changing them!!!!!!
