Anxiety Symptoms - PLEASE READ

Hi all -

I know we shouldn't be Googling - but I did. And I found this website that I think might help a few of us....take a look at all the symptoms...I know I personally checked of about 80 of them....all attributed to anxiety!

Okay - I have had anxiety for as long as I can remember - but I had NO idea that anxiety can do all of this to a person's body!! The mind is amazing....

The mind is truely amazing!!!! its shocking that all this can happen! eek!!! , i study psychology as always been interested in the brain and how it works....but anxiety baffles me the most!!!
