Bad pains all over

Hi Everyone

I wondered if anyone ever gets really bad pains all over which sometimes i wake with and other times just come on, its like having severe flu aches and i dont know what to do with myself. Trying to accept and not panic,(I was stressed yesterday) please can anyone help

Yes ,i get this all to often
I think our poor bodies are so tense and overworked that the muscles etc start to really ache.
I also have felt shivery and flu like when im really tired and worn out.
Please dont panic,this is really normal

hi barb,
i get the same aches and sharp pains to but i noticed that it got worse when my stomach started getting over acidy. and the worst pain would be in my hand and arms.

i get this too, i have fibromylagia! its not life threating but painful, long diagnosis though. tell me more? dont worry. it is horrible when oyu dont know what wrong though xx
