So worried bout headache

As u probly know ive been suffering for a headache for a few weeks now. Dont normally get headaches so new too me. Been 2 doctors and he thinks its a tension headache but im so worried its something else. eg a brain bleed, brain tumor think this stems from my mum having one in 2005 can anyone reassure me:weep:

Has he suggested a massage or any other way to relieve it.

Brain tumours rarely have headaches as the main symptom.

hes given me some painkillers 2 take edge of but still there at the moment is like a pressure pain its horrible. He said put water bottle 2 bk of neck, have hot bath. Guess im worried cos its going on so long does this sound like a tension headache?

Maybe worth you getting a copy to have a read.

You may be able to get a copy in your local library too.
