I am Michael from Belfast and have been suffering from panic attacks for quite some time - I have just moved back to the UK and have just discovred this forum. I was wondering if there any fellow sufferers in the Belfast area???

Great! Perhaps we could all meet up one day and just chat.... no worried I am happily married :) just trying to find the best way to get over these attacks once and for all - am hopng to drive down to the mournes tomorrow but driving alone in the car has become a disaster!!
