Hi everyone
My anxiety really hits me when I have to go to bed at night. Last night was terrible - I had these weird body movements that were out of control. I have restless legs, but this time it was my whole body that would just randomly move. First it would be an arm, then a leg, then my neck or head etc. It all seems to be related to "dreams" I had, but it was as though I was not asleep and more halucinating or something. Did any of you ever experience this? My brain was running off thinking of all kinds of weird things and it felt as though I had not control over it. Weird...
