It's really hard to put this in words...

But has anyone ever had a day where they keep convincing themselves they're really ill... even though they feel physically fine?

I've had it today and I dunno if it's just because I'm relaxed and it feels abnormal to me. Just trying to stop it driving me crazy.

Too right I get that! I think about being seriously ill and dying many times a day, and checking myself for symptoms has taken over my life. Not much fun at the moment.

However, I read the article in the main part of the site before coming to this forum, and I felt it was a good start to getting cured from this thing. I hope that being active on this forum will help me further out of this.

We're all in it together, and we're all going to get out of it together too!

Welcome Stevie.

Do feel free to post in introductions too .

Yes Sophie , thats is fairly common . I used to have non dizzy days - days where I thought I felt dizzy but actually didn't at all. It was just all in the thoughts.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?

Its absolutly ridiculous... one minute i'll be fine, next minute i'll convince myself i'm so ill i can physically cope with it.

i went through a fase when my anxiety was getting better that i'd feel quite light and empty headed. so i used to think something was wrong. it was just i had got so used to feeling anxious all the time that not being anxious and tense felt odd.

very strange but i'd have panic attacks about not having panic attacks

i hope this helps
