mixing vitamins ?

Can any 1 tell my can you take Berocca...Vitamin B complex & evening primrose all together.....

any advice would be great

Berroca is a multi vitamin containing Bvits vit c magnesiun and zinc .You can take them all together as the B and C vitamins not needed are flushed out the body in your urine ,Too much B vit makes your urine bright yellow. iF THIS HAPPENS DONT TAKE THE EXTRA B vitamins as you are obviously having too much .Primrose oil is Ok to take with them too . Sue
