This site was quoted in a book I have been reading and has lists of hundreds of e books and paperbacks which have mostly been written by the sufferers of various anxieties, phobias and other distressing mental conditions and how they have dealt with their problems successfully. I found a publication relating to avoidance/social phobia which I have decided to purchase. It's definitely worth checking out the site for yourselves.

Hope it's ok to comment on this so long after the initial post? :shrug: It is a excellent website with a whole host of books on all manner of mental illnesses - all written by a sufferer of mental illness. Many success stories too. They were even kind enough to publish a short story of mine earlier this year, which felt wonderful. :)

Can I ask how you actually search.I went on it and clicked on books and it just bought up different websites??? Bit of a dumb dumb today and can't figure it out!
