Basically its about a book but not a loan. I have recently bought a book called "Overcoming Anxiety A Five Areas Approach" by Chris Williams. It's like a school workbook with exercises to do etc and it is pretty big, looks heavy going. Just wondering if anyone has read this or knows about it?

Yes I do, this is the book that my Doctor based the CBT on that we did together. I did the workbooks/exercises that we thought I needed to do.

I found it very hard going at first but a lot of the chapters I didn't need to work through and once I got into the swing of it I found it very helpful.
