Heya,
this site seems to be the best one around, so decided to join.
I'm Lou, 19. About to start my 3rd year at uni and have been having panic attacks & anxiety for a while now (about 5 months I guess.)
Anyway, doctor put me on propranolol which seems to be helping a bit, but I'm sure it'll still take a while for me to get back to my 'normal' self. Still wondering where this all came from, especially since I was just fine before I had my first panic attack!
Very embarassing episode in front of my other half and his family haha. I try and laugh about these things, but it gets me down sometimes.
