I have already posted this in the therapy forum but not many people view that and i just need some advice.

I went to see a private therapist on saturday to try and sort myself out once and for all. I spoke to him for a while and i explained all of my fears and worrys he has suggested NLP for me but i have it in my head that i should try CBT just because i have heard more about CBT and how it has helped alot of people. I know i shouldn't think like this seeing as i haven't even tried NLP yet.

I guess im just looking for other peoples thoughts/experiences as im being so indecisive.

Thanks

Thanks Marc

How long have you been on CBT? how long was your waiting list? because for the "mind" organisation there are different waiting times for different area councils.

James

I have had 3 sessions and they really have helped
Had to wait about 6 weeks for my first one but i think you can pay for sessions if you want them quicker they quoted me £35 per session
