how do i come off diazepam

[8D]i am on diazepam 1 -2mg a day also i-4times a day propranolol they are for my anxiety and stress they stop the anxiety for a while but they make me feel as if i am not in control of my own life anymore i have been on them since april and wondered how i would feel if i cut them down or is there an alternative i have had to ring in sick at work today because i feel so sick and dizzy any help please

You should see your doctor, he'll be able to withdraw you slowly :)
