Big anxiety...terrible mess

Hi all,

thought i better do the introduce thing. I have had anxiety for 4 years and depression for 1 and having turned 22 last month am pretty fed up that my best years are being ebbed away by something out of my control.

I have been on propanolol all the way, dolsulepin for about 8 months....taken off it when i od'd, now on citalopram which is pathetic.

If the ad's aren't working maybe you could ask your GP to change them.

I think it is fairly common that some ad's work for some people but not others. It is just a case of finding the right one for you. I know it is so unpleasant and scary feeling the way you do but don't give up.

This site is really supportive with lots of nice people who understand what you are going through. There is lots of good advice in the menu on the left hand side of the page.
