For me and I think many the feeling of unreality is my worst symptom. I couldn't really care less if my heart beats quick or my muscles ache.

I think it was Meg who said she felt like she was in a goldfish bowl and everyone seemed to be out of reach. This is exactly how I feel. I'm sitting here now and feel like I am not typing this, i have distorted vision, the room feels like its slightly spinning and I have difficulty focusing.

Does anyone have any exercises to alleviate this such as grounding etc. If I can get passed this I reckon cure will be on its way.

Yes it was me.

It feels so scary and awful.

Yoga helped me +7 mile walks a day as well as keeping to a routine and proving to myself I could still function normally and do my work.

It passed.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.

I did try Yoga a few times in my room, must admit that my body was so tense I couldn't do half the positions, don't think i did it enough for it to help me though.
