tightness in between breasts on bone

does any one get this???? it feels like when your about to cry and get lump in throat, hurtd, but its in my chest, do suffer anxiety and tension and have fibromyalgia xx

I get pains in my chest from time to time, deep down into between the ribs like you describe, I think I carry my stress there.

I have fibromyalgia and my sternum hurts dreadfully. I cannot bear to press on it and even if not touched it feels tight and sore. Think this is a condition called costochondritis which is common in people who have fibro. Also stress and anxiety makes it worse, or maybe it is the other way round ,lol!! Anyway some people advocate heat and others find cold helps. Heat and prescribed painkillers and Ibuleve Gel work best for me. XXXX
