Lymphnode worries

I have had a sore throat for a few days and have been given antibiotics. Now since yesterday I have slightly enlarged lymphnodes whoch is not really helpful for my anxiety. Eventhough some inner voice says it could be nothing serious, but still I cannot get piece of mind.

Lymph nodes enlarge when you have an infection (which you have) so this is perfectly normal for yours to be up at the moment, alot of people can feel their nodes anyway without them being enlarged, they are usually pea sized and moveable, it is understandable for yours to be up right now with the infection so please dont worry it means they are doing their job, and dont prod and poke them otherwise they will stay up.

Try not to poke and prod around I do it and have done for about two weeks and have made myself sick with worry iv actually made the area sore (glands in my groin) from poking at them so much.
