red spots

today i was over at a friends and sat on the floor only i sat on my foot and it started hurting then going numb
i look now and iv got a big red dot rash thingy on my foot and two on my ankle i scared it could be a rash associated with a stomach virus so im in such a state :( cud the stinging pain just be where i was sat on my foot and burt a little blood vessle ?

I think it is just where you have been sitting on your foot. I expect it will fade over the next few days.

don't be scared It will go away, I think it's just the way you sat on your foot.

my partner said they look like blood blisters there not under the skin though they feel a little lump if you get what i mean

Do they itch? Does your friend have pets? And could they be flea bites?
