breathing / chest pain

hello everyone
can anybody tell me if they sometimes get chest pain in the middle of my chest breast bone sometimes i feel i cant breath like I'm holding my breath but I'm not and it hurts .also when I'm hot i feel exhausted and my nose gets blocked .iv had e c g and lung function test they were both OK iv packed up going to gym now as I'm always worried about my heart

I think i have spoken to you before about this so i know exactly how you feel cos i feel the same. My nose also is easily blocked and is blocked now. I have had ECGs and lung function test and all fine like you say.

This could all be anxiety and i know its hard to believe i struggle to at times. Keep me posted on your progress.

hi James thanks for your reply mate yes i will keep u informed mate I'm going for a ECG treadmill test soon hopefully that will turn out OK its hard to believe that this is all due to anxiety
