Strange Spasms in Bladder or Intestines Can't Tell

For the past 9 hours I have been getting strange pains that last a second then go away. They are not very painful at all but mild. I can't tell if they are in my bladder, vagina or intestines. I do have a lot of gas and had diarrhea in the middle of the night and again today. Has anyone else ever felt this? I tested my urine with test strips and there is no infection so far and it doesn't feel like a bladder infection. I am really scared,it goes away and each time I feel a twinge, I get really bad anxiety. What can this be, anyone else have this ever?

I have had the same thing you mentioned - after lot of worry and doctors visits I realized it was the anxiety. Now when I notice it coming on I can mostly chalk it up to anxiety and learn to ignore it.
