Thanks for the welcome, at last I feel Ive found people to talk to about this lousy condition, Ive had counselling and have taken antidepressants for almost 20 years for depression, but anxiety symptoms in particular dizziness and lightheadedness are quite a new thing which has come out of the blue. Cant convince myself that this is only anxiety although have been reassured by doctor who is quite sympathetic but now feel I have nowhere else to go with this so am relieved to have found this website, its great reading others experiences and I feel that I am not a complete lunatic:)
