Back & Chest pains?

I went to hospital last month and had a chest xray, blood test, blood sugar and blood pressure and all came back fine BUT

I still keep feeling sickly and have pains in chest, shoulder blade and lower back, the pains vary from mainly twinges to stabbing pains but not to violent

Is this Anxiety?

I have Propranolol 10MG and have been told to take this twice a day or whenever i need them!

after all those tests im sure you are fine. this must be anxiety,

anxiety can come with all these symptoms. you are fine, and the more you worry adds to the amount of anxiety thus pain you feel. you are fine, please have hope
