hiya everyone,a very good friend of mine recmomended this site after a few hours of me telling her how i felt,iv had a rummage round few posts n felt id better come say hello..not much to say about myself other then i feel depressed about alot of stuff n thought i was the only one who felt this way..im seeking help on many health issues n just joined a slimming group so i can feel good about myself cus i have zero confidence ..i talk alot..too much at times so il say thanx now for listening n hope i can fit in somewhere :)
