Hello everyone. 23 year old male from the UK here. Just saying hi.
Suffered from severe anxiety all my life which eventually turned into crippling social phobia. Have had periods of panic attacks and agoraphobia although managed to beat both thankfully. Also have OCD and have spent the last 2 years battling a crippling obsession which i may or may not talk about in the OCD section.
