I'm new. I'm 18 and about 90% of the time in the last year and a half I've been plagued by a LONG list of health concerns. I think it's fair to say that at present it's ruining my life. I hope I can learn to cope. I've just started university and everyone else is haveing a great time when I'm certainly not.

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
How big is your gallery ?

It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere.

I'm so sorry to hear about your anxiety. Maybe you should think of seeing someone, like a therapist, or maybe get some medication. It could help.

Hang in there and best of luck
