View Full Version : Feeling more positive and relaxed this evening

Feeling more my usual self this evening. Earlier today I was feeling jittery like I'd drank a ton of strong coffee and red bull and now several cups of chamomile tea and a nice cold mango and I feel great. I'm hoping this will be the way forward so feeling positive.
Does anyone have any other foods/drinks that seem to help?

I drink peppermint tea cos its good for my stomach and digestion, my stomach really plays me up if i,m having a bad day. Glad your feeling positive x
