I didn't know where else to post this, for the past few weeks i've been doing ok, especially the last week even though i know i'm not entirely better, i really felt like i was on my way then today i was playing minesweeper on the computer and began to feel like i wasn't really here, i tried to ignore and went out into town and wandered the shops with my boyfriend, after a while it went but i still kept thinking about it. I couldn't get the fact that it happened out of my mind and ended up getting really upset as i felt that this anxiety was something that would never go because you can feel like its going and then it comes back, i know this is all part of recovery but saying that to myself doesn't help.. I also developed a new symptom thing a while ago, like i feel everything is unstable (e.g ground or seats!).. I went to friends house today too and i just couldn't fully relax the idea of this anxiety never left my mind, i'm back home now and i felt like i neeeded to write as i need some reassurance..My boyfriend has been really good trying to reassure me but he doesn't really know how i'm feeling and or understand how low i am right now

It will be a slow gradual process and it sounds like you're doing fine .

*after a while it went but i still kept thinking about it. I couldn't get the fact that it happened out of my mind*

Great that it went so quickly and then your thought processes kept it alive and with you ..

Your anxiety is the human representation of the pictures that you paint using your many vivid colours of revolving and reoccurring thoughts.
