I am Steve from Yorkshire I'm almost 34 I have suffered from Anxiety since April 2003 and had Agoraphobia from May 2003 to around July 2005. I had recently started to get to grips with my anxiety but recently have gone backwards very quickly so I am trying to get back on track.

I'm new to this site too, seems some really good information on here.

You've got through this before so you'll be able to do it again mate, I have a friend who suffers from Agoraphobia, although he'll completely deny it. At least you're aware of what's troubling you, and think this site is a really good start.

I felt a little bit better as soon as I wrote my introduction earlier.
