What about physical symptoms?

I've read about internal symptoms like pains etc but what about hysical symptoms, predominantly lumps? About 70% of my worries have been over lumps ie. worrying I had cancer. Is anyone else like this or is that just me?

And yes I had them checked by the doctors, they said I was fine and don't don't know of my anxiety.
