Anyone have a book on DP/DR?

Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone had a book specifically about this?

I have looked in my library and can't really see anything, I would be interested to read about it to try and reduce it as i want to start driving again soon.

First Anxiety...then panic attacks...now GAD and depression...now working on a better future!

Think there's a book called "The Stranger in The Mirror". I haven't actually read it, but it's been recomended.
