Aw ems, I just heard the news too. I'm sure lots of women my age grew up with Patrick being their heart throb.

Totally devastated. Having watched Dirty Dancing more times then I can remember, having seen it on stage 4 times, and now watching my daughter enjoy the film in the same way that I did.

What a legend

I think the thing that impressed me the most is that with all his fame and heart throb status he and his wife were married for 34 years and seeing them together you could tell the love and devotion they had for one another.
Prayers for her especially!
I can't imagine losing my husband!
So sad to think about what it would be like to have to live without him!

So so sad, I couldn't believe it when I heard it on the news this morning.
R.I.P Patrick Swayze, my thoughts go out to his poor wife and family. He was a truly wonderful man and will be missed by many. xxx
