im scared x

hey guys
i havent been on for a while, but i seem to be gettin worse again.
iv been gettin pains in my right side of my stomach below my rib cage and round to my back. my back feels realli heavy and achy and my stomach feels like there is something going to burst,
anyone got any ideas xxxxxxx

I get IBS with my anxiety and it feels just like that

there can be alot of different problems, most common is ibs and gall bladder stones (im not saying it is that!) and even if it were most can hurt but pass harmlessly through our bodies, i wouldn't worry much though and just get ur doc to give u the once over :)

Probably might just be trapped wind.
