hi lonely - think i have read your posts before and it was anorexia you suffered from too? don't mean to state the obvious and i know its easy to say but if you need your pets and garden then you have to take reponsibility for keeping yourself out of hospital by overcoming your fears re eating etc. i got told off by my counsellor because i went in and basically said - i feel awful - now fix me!

i think we only really start to get better when we take ourselves in hand and start to deal with us ourselves - i really hope you can stay at home. x
