Hi,

I've been having a bit of horrible time with nasty thoughts about myself and other people...I don't really want to go into it because I feel ashamed and I don't want to upset anyone (I know I shouldn't be) but I've reading a book 'The Compassionate Mind' by Paul Gilbert and it's just been talking about Osessive Contrast thoughts. Thoughts that are against what you really believe but keep popping up and won't go away.

Just wondering if anyone else gets this.

The Compassionate Mind by Paul Gilbert is really good by the way.
